#10 - Do the 10 Day Whole Living Exercise

I began subscriping to Whole Living magazine almost a year ago in order to support my nephew's class.  It turned out to be a pretty well rounded magazine - with lots of good recipes, healthy exercises, and nice messages.  One of the things I've been striving to do is this 10 Day (Challenge) which includes exercises for the mind, life, and body.  I began this once at the end of summer, but was easily distracted by the start of school. 

Now I challenge myself to start the new year off with this 10 Day holistic exercise.  On top of it, I'm adding a 10 Day Fruit & Vegetable cleanse from the same magazine in order to kick start back into healthy eating.  Not that it's any excuse, but between holiday eating and school-going this fall, I receded a little bit from my eating goals and it's time to get back into before I have my cholesterol tested once again.

Day 1 begins tomorrow and I'm supposed to journal about what my goals are for the next 10 days. 
Goal #1 is to not get off track and actually do the full 10 days (despite feelings of sluggishness and hunger)
Goal #2 is to fit into my dress on the 14th for our hotel's Holiday Party
Goal #3 is to get back into running and feel like I have enough energy
& Goal #4 is to see where this takes me
