I put this under the fun for me tab when really it should just be the responsible me. I made a vow when I bought my brand new car 3 years ago that I would try my best effort to keep it clean - both in and out - in order to better maintain. Laziness gets in the way along with winter and other weather - and I found myself about a year away from either a vaccum or car wash. My good friend Rita who rides in my car often was a pal over the holiday season and bought me a gift card toward an auto detail place. It took me awhile to make use of it, but use it I did. A few days before the appointment I was an idiot and scraped the side of my car against the fence in the driveway. My whole passenger side is a little scratched up - I was hoping they would be able to buff the scratches out, but alas. Then somebody got my passenger side, so while Ethel got this remarkable detail service done on the inside, she is a little beat up on the outside. That being said, I made another promise to the little car that gets me everywhere I need to be and it is one in which I will continue to vaccum and will continue to take her to get a car wash.
