Two of the best things in life are the theater and wine. And in the style of the Greek gods who used to pursue nothing but pleasure in both of these, I ventured into Newport Rhode Island for Shakespeare in the Vineyard with my friend Ellen. 
"A Comedy of Errors" along with gourmet picnic food, and Newport Vineyards' Wine, played against the backdrop of their amazing vine acreage, proved to be an excellent evening. The play was performed by the Rhode Island Shakespeare Company and featured Shakespeare's ever present mistaken idenity and hilarity found in every comedy.
The Bard would have enjoyed this one!
