I forgot to mention my goals for completing this darn thing in March.
Every time I run a half, I'm trying to set new goals for myself.
This one:
- would like to run the first 9 miles straight thru
- finish in under 3 hours - ideally 2 hr 50 min
- Do the speedwork for my training (usually I neglect)
- Focus on the strength training
I think I still have it ingrained to do the long runs (got really good at that during the last one) but we shall wait and see.
