Top Right: Look at my New Gloves - Day 5
Bottom Left: Tried a different way on the Charles - you can kind of see Boston skyline behind me.
Day 3 - Thursday, 11/26
Workout/Miles: Running, 2 miles
Time: 25.34 (Pace about 12:30); Trying hard to go slow because I am starting out too fast in the first mile and this forces me to loose breath and cramp up. You took a month off girl and you need to get back into it!
Weather: in the 50s - warm enough for capris.
How did it feel: prolly the best run I had all week

Day 4 - Friday, 11/27
Eh, took one look outside in the rainy, wet 40 degree weather and decided to run Saturday instead

Day 5 - Saturday, 11/28
Workout/Miles: Running, 2 miles: went along the road to see how far away I was from the trail near my house
Time: 26.18
Weather: So windy I thought I would blow away; tested out the new gloves - check them out above
How did it feel?: Ugh and double ugh. Very sluggish - did I give myself enough time to wake up?

Day 6 - Sunday, 11/29
Workout/Miles: 2 miles; tried a new trail by my house - around the Cambridge Water Supply - it is about a 2.5 mile loop
Time: 25.34 (very similar to Thursday's run)
Weather: Absolutley beautiful weather outside - I was dressed too warmly.
How did it feel?: Very stiff - I need to stretch it out when I go to the gym this week; 2nd mile is still tough to get through.
