Day 1 - Tuesday, 11/24
Workout/Miles: 2 miles on the Charles River
Time: 27.24 - about 13:40 pace
Weather: A little chilly at 5 pm; made a mental note to buy myself a pair of running gloves
How does it feel: I cramped up a little at 1.25 miles (more than likely the chicken fingers and fries I had for a light "snack" at 3 pm).
Day 2 - Wednesday, 11/25
No surprise here - took the day off for the office potluck where we ate cheese, pate, and drank lots of wine. Nice way to kick off a good training session. Eating with gusto!
You couldn't not go to the potluck! And, people always say, "if you're going to do something, do it well!"
