2011 - and I started it off right with a 5K run in Needham. Time was under 35 minutes, but don't have the exact off the top of my head. The road race was nice because it didn't start until 11 (which meant I could sleep off my bottle of Prosecco) and the weather was marked at around 50 degrees. I have several running/workout goals for myself in 2011 - I don't expect to loose weight (kind of give up on that since my stress levels keep my belly big "er"), but to be as fit as I can be and to make it a continued effort to actually carry forth and work out.
In a nutshell - here are some of the goals - Let's Call them Health Goals if we must:
- Compete in 3-5 smaller road races (10K, 6 miler, 5K, etc)
*Set Goals and Personal Bests for Each
- Take a swim Class in Spring 2011, Summer 2011, and Fall 2011
- Circuit Exercises Three Times a Week
- Find a running buddy to do Road Races
- Run (2) 1/2 marathons
- Get cholestrol tested
- Loose 3 inches from stomach by June
- Loose an inch from arms by June
- Pilates, Pilates, Pilates
