Almost There


Saturday (1/30) - Pilates Started today - trying to go every week. Been a year since I've done the Reformer, so it is a bit awkward.

Sunday (1/31) - 3 miles total.
Did 1 hour of Swimming, Weight Training
- 2 Mile Run on the Treadmill - 23:11 and 11:32 min pace
- 1 Mile Run on the Track - 11:48 time
Felt like a bloody machine

So I cam home and made Spanish Paella!! And Mussels for the first time ever.
