No more execuses to not at least run or walk a mile a day. And bonus is that I'm already 5 miles in! As an added bonus: I am going to check off the Begin Yoga Goal as well as I try to do the 30 Day Yoga Challenge from Erin Motz, which I did back in January, but want to incorporate with the 30 days of cardio. Not ever being a big fan of yoga, I really enjoy the 30 day Challenge that Erin set up (followed by a mini 10 Day Yoga Ab Challenge). 15-20 minute workouts that are perfect for squeezing in the morning (who am I kidding) before work, after a run in the evening, or right before I go to sleep.

Today I hit the 1500 mile mark that I've run/walked (maybe it's a little more) in the last 7/8 years. It might be slow going, but here's to hitting the mark of 3000 (which will put me right at my Walk to Mordor Challenge) in the next year or two.
