Monday, 1/18 - MLK Day, no class - no workout either, I went home to clean my room instead.
Started the Brown Rice Cleanse http://foodieandwino.blogspot.com/2010/01/brown-rice-cleanse.html and went about merry business - lots of peeing!

Tuesday, 1/19 - 1.73 miles; 22 min 12 sec
Had much wardrobe malfunctions going on: it had started to warm up a bit and the snow was melting, so there are puddles everywhere. Got my shoes wet in the first mile, my pants were falling down, and my under armour was riding up. So annoying that I just said screw it and cut my run short.

Thursday, 1/21 - Decided to skip the run because I stayed late at work to meet with clients.

Friday, 1/22 - 3 miles at 36:57 min (12:16 pace)
Had some bowel issues about a 1 in; sometimes when you don't clear the colon, it rears up and kicks you in the face. I would have gone 4 miles, but it hurt too much!

Saturday, 1/23 - 7 miles at 1 hour 29 min 7 sec (12:46 Pace)
Two blisters to wear today - whoopee.
They came about mile 5. Oh my word - do they look lovely.
I felt pretty good for the first three miles, then mile 4 and 5 were the hardest. Mile 7 sucked because of the blisters, but temperature was good.
Celebrated nice run with delicious pizza - turkey sausage, mushroom, and onion.
