This week doesn't get any better: a really shitty long run occurred on Sunday, the 18th. Okay, so it wasn't that bad, but it was hard to keep running - going out on Saturday night was not a great idea (well I take that back - it was a great idea because dinner was fabulous) but the extra wine at the end of the night was not.

12.59 pace
Can't imagine 6 more miles after this.
