This is what I eat daily for breakfast: Whole Wheat Toast with Peanut Butter, Cup of Cheerios, Water, Hot Tea, Yogurt or Fruit

Had plans to run a 3-4 mile run. This was shattered by a fall down the stairs at work (in a skirt and heels if you can imagine) in which I landed on my wrist and sprained it. This led to an evening in the emercency room taking x-rays. This then led to me without any prescription pain killers, instead partaking in a small dinner with two shared bottles of wine, Burn Notice, and some well deserved Motrin (just 200 mg). Fat Girl falls down the stairs and goes BOOM!
